The VCS-20CR and VCS-100CR act as Modbus TCP/IP slaves. Any PLC, SCADA, or DCS acting as Modbus master can read sensor data and issue commands. Register mapping documentation provided on request.

Real-Time Sensor Data
Vaisala RS%, RH%, temperature, and vH₂O₂ ppm are all exposed as Modbus registers — readable in real time at multiple samples per second. Cycle status, alarm states, and fault codes are also mapped.
Live Monitoring

Electronic batch records are generated automatically for every cycle — including operator ID, cycle parameters, RS% trend data, and decontamination outcome. Fully compliant with EU GMP Annex 1 and CFR 21 Chapter 11.
